1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery to the following areas:

Sarasota, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Osprey, Venice
If your area is not listed, feel free to contact us at 941-318-0643 to see if special arrangements can be made.
2. Delivery Schedule

Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) are eligible for same-day delivery. You can call us at 941 318 0643 if you are after the cutoff and we might be able to get it shipped same day.

Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the next business day.

Sunday & Holiday Deliveries: Limited availability, website will cutoff times as slots fill up.
3. Delivery Fees

Standard delivery fee: $20

Fees may vary depending on the distance from our shop or during peak holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day).
4. Recipient Availability
Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers at the delivery location. If no one is available:

We may leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot.

In some cases, re-delivery may be attempted for an additional fee.
5. Delays and Weather
We strive for timely deliveries, but unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or holidays may cause delays. We will notify you promptly of any issues.
6. Shipping Outside Local Area
At this time, we do not ship flowers via national carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) to destinations outside our local delivery area. All arrangements are hand-delivered to maintain freshness and quality.
7. Order Issues
If there is an issue with your delivery (e.g., wrong product, late arrival), please contact us within 24 hours at 941 318 0643 We are happy to help make it right.
